We believe change within ourselves includes being in community with others.

Our Mission, Vision, & Values

    Our Mission

Our mission is to provide competent, culturally humble, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed psychotherapy that center the unique lived experiences of those we serve. We seek to be catalysts for healing; whether that is with individuals, couples, families, our communities and our world, while actively contributing to efforts for social justice. Through continuous self-reflection, advocacy, and education, we work to dismantle systems of inequality, offer accessible, effective mental health care, and create spaces where every person can be authentically seen, heard, and supported.

  • Our Vision

We envision a future where mental health care is accessible to all, free from discrimination in any form it may take, including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious discrimination, xenophobia, fatphobia, whorephobia, and ableism.

Our practice strives to be a beacon of healing and justice, where therapists and clients work together to challenge harmful norms and co-create a world rooted in equity, liberation, and collective well-being. We see a community where everyone’s humanity is honored, and we can be accountable with dignity to ensure true belonging and transformation for all.

    Our Values

We are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and liberating environment where all individuals, especially those from marginalized communities, can grow, live, and thrive. Our values include:

Honesty and Bravery: Being open about our own positionality, biases, and limitations, while working courageously toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Liberation: Advocating for racial, gender, and economic justice, and contributing to reparative actions that address harms and move us towards freedom, in our work, our community, and our world.

Connection and Community: Believing in healing through relationships that are grounded in belonging, accountability, and openness.

Cultural Humility: A commitment to lifelong learning and unlearning to better serve all diverse identities and experiences.

Abundance over Scarcity: Sharing resources equitably and working against oppressive systems that hoard power and privilege.

Equity: Ensuring access to compassionate care for all, particularly those facing systemic oppression.
